Bills on elk, steelhead issues heading to House

OLYMPIA — Two bills targeting natural resources issues that are dear to Skagit Valley have made their way through the Senate and are on their way to the House.

Both bills were supported by Sen. Kirk Pearson, R-Monroe, chairman of the Natural Resources and Parks Committee.
