Preliminary Sedro-Woolley library design shared

A wooden model of the Sedro-Woolley Central Skagit Library was displayed Wednesday at City Hall. SHKS Architects is designing the new library.

SEDRO-WOOLLEY — The committee designing the future Sedro-Woolley area library unveiled Wednesday the plans that have been developed so far.

The architects, city officials and library staff working on the design shared with the community what they call the 30 percent design phase.
