Pederson faces criminal charges for dead cattle

The Bay View property owner who allowed dozens of cattle to die and left them unburied faces six criminal charges in Skagit County Superior Court.

Five felony animal cruelty charges and one misdemeanor charge were filed this week against Roger Pederson.
